PRIOR TO REQUESTING A BOOKING *

PLEAE READ CAREFULLY. The most common issues and solutions we find with Heating or Cooling Systems are: 1. Power interruption, requiring reset. 2. Dirty Return Air Filter, requiring cleaning. These issues are not covered by Installation or Manufacturer Warranty, and are explained further in your Owner's Manual (linked above, see top of page). To help avoid unnecessary costs, please confirm you have performed these steps prior to requesting a Service Callout. (NOTE: charges/fees may be incurred if the below is not completed accurately). TO RESET YOUR SYSTEM Unplug the indoor unit that isn't working and leave off for 5 mins. If not easily accessible, you can turn the MAIN SWITCH in your switch board off (It's the top left switch). Please note - doing so will kill power to whole house, so turn off any computers or running appliances first. Please note - only turning AC switch off in switchboard resets the outdoor unit. As above, reset MAIN SWITCH. Give the system a few minutes to reboot and then turn thermostat back into heating or cooling mode. FOR MORE DETAILS PLEASE REFER TO YOUR OWNER MANUAL.
